MagDrive introduces a NEW positive on
demand HHO injection system. MagDrive
FuelfromH2o,LLC will introduce a new positive HHO injection
system for our on demand HHO systems on the 11a and 12a model
units Jan 20,2008. This system can be used as an add-on on all
of the 11a & 12a units. The system will permit constant
HHO injection flow during slow stop and go traffic situations
as well as interstate highway speeds giving the user's vehicle
a constant yet variable supply of HHO determined upon vehicle
operation.
MagDrive FuelfromH2o,LLC develops a
6.5hp/5kw HHO generator for early 2008. MagDrive
FuelfromH2o,LLC will be introducing a 6.5hp/5kw generator in
early 2008 for household and remote power generation. The unit
will operate on gasoline during initial startup [appx 10
minutes] then the user can shut off the gasoline and operate
on a straight HHO fuel generated by the Series11a MagDrive
"Brick". The unit will require synthetic oil for lubrication
purposes and will require an oil/lubrication change every 2
weeks if operational requirement demand 24/7 service. The
MagDrive PowerGen is not designed for a full household demand
situation, its primarily used in a backup and less than full
load service requirement, idealy suited for remote cabins,
camp locations and after storm power losses for long time
periods.
MagDrive Series 11a & 12a "The
Brick" released Nov 1,2007. Introducing the New
Series 11a MagDrive Brick on Nov 1,2007. Measuring a small and
compact 5.625"x5.625"x2.0" cell size over all. The Series 11a
can produce cold at 45*F startup an astonishing 3-4 Liters of
flow rate per minute. Not at all unlike the Series 12a Brick
in design and size, but the 12a has a Micro-processor control
versus the 11a electro-mechanical controls. The Series 12a
being released Nov 15th,2007 has the abilty of adding on up to
a grand total of 4 Brick cells, each with a 3-4 liter per
minute flow rate capability. The multiple cell configuration
can handle an engine up to 13 - 15 liters in size. The
electrolyte solution used in the Series 11a & 12a MagDrive
HHO generators is Distilled White vinegar.
MagDrive FuelfromH2o,LLC goes to NASA
materials supplier for new HHO cell materials.
MagDrive has contacted a NASA materials supplier
for new HHO cell materials. The problems of iron oxide bloom
are now a pest of the past. We have been introduced to a new
material that eliminates all of the bloom and reduces the
maintenance schedule from once a month to an estimated
quarterly schedule. This material is actually used on the NASA
space shuttle for extreme and harsh environments. This new
material will be installed into all of our Series9-e MagDrive
models beginning August 17,2007 and from that date the
Series9-e will be designated as the Series9-f. MagDrive
will be offering an update retro fit program in the near
future for all Series9 MagDrive users. The retro fee [$75.00]
will include return UPS shipping to the consumer for any point
of destination in the USA.
MagDrive FuelfromH2o,LLC goes Hi-Tech
with CNC production capabilities. To meet our ever
increasing orders from over 30 countries on 4 continents,
MagDrive FuelfromH2o,LLC has gone Hi-tech by introducing a
computer controlled CNC milling machine into our production
line. We now can hold a consistant (+/-).0003 tolerance on our
MagDrive assembly parts providing a more efficient assembly
line process and assurances that all milled parts will be
indentical. The New CNC operation will increase our production
capabilities 10 fold, eliminating the manual drilling and
tapping steps as well as the manual machining steps to
accommodate the end plate seals. This new CNC application will
insure a better and more reliable uniform product for our
clientel by maintaining an advanced and increasingly improved
quality control environment.
Chinese company Starmax tries to use the
registered Fuelfromh2o trademark and pose as a legitimate
FuelfromH2o product. Be advised the Chinese are
attempting to produce a knock off HHO gen and pass it off as a
FuelfromH2o product. Nowhere else in the world are MagDrive
HHO gens produced as legitimate units except in the USA, where
they are distributed worldwide through our distributor's
network. If you happen to purchase a MagDrive HHO gen from
China or any country that is not listed on our distributors
page it is a knock off and not a legitimate MagDrive product.
It will be a counterfeit posing as a legitimate MagDrive
product.
The New Series9-e MagDrive HHO gens
being released on July 9,2007 The New Series9-e
MagDrive HHO gens are identical to the prior model 9-d
externally. The differences are all internal and also the HHO
cells polarity has been reversed. All of the latest updates
mentioned in earlier models are all included also the more
efficient Manual Drain Condensate Trap which
is now included with the Series9-e models installation kit.
Still you need to maintain your HHO gen, it’s not just plug
and play then forget about it. Cleaning is a vital part of
maintenance on a regular schedule. We suggest at least once a
month following Part#4 of your instructions. Depending upon
your driving requirements you may need to do maintenance on a
more frequent basis. Keep in mind, although you will get
improved fuel economy when installed properly [by
following the installation directions exactly] no one
just rides for "FREE". You want the savings??? You need to pay
attention to good regularly scheduled maintenance.
New Series9-d released on
June 20, 2007 The latest MagDrive unit designs were
released on the Series9-d models on June 20, 2007. The
improvements are a culmination of many smaller design benefits
incorporated into the prior Series9-c models added to several
new designs in the Series9-d models. All of these new
changes are being made for the later model improvements being
built now for prototype testing. All of these changes will be
backwards compatible with all prior MagDrive models from the
Series8-a up to and including the New Series9-d models. Soon
we will be using a completely Micro processor controlled unit,
pre-programmed at the manufacturing level. This will make your
MagDrive a plug and play HHO generator. No more mixing
electrolyte, over or under charging the system, low water
warnings in both the cell and reserve tank. Also condensate
elimination and possible over heating problems on those
especially "Hot" summer days. Your MagDrive will be
temperature controlled and adjust its amperage and temperature
as needed. Due to these improvements, maintenance cycles will
also be extended because of the new Micro-processor
controls.
Important update for all
MagDrive users prior to June 20,2007 Thanks to one
of our MagDrive Customers K.Escritt he brought up a really
good suggestion for use on all of our MagDrive models from
Series7-a including the New Series9-d. This suggestion
pertains to the auto-fill setup on the HHO gens. Looking at
the top of the HHO gen you will see the HHO gas out and the
Water solenoid for the auto water fill on your model. Between
the top of the HHO gen and the solenoid there is a small
polyvinyl hose connecting the water solenoid and the elbow
fitting that’s screwed into the top of the HHO gen. Carefully
remove the vinyl hose from the small elbow and unscrew the
elbow from the top plate of the HHO gen. Now with that elbow
in your hand, install a short 2.250" piece of 1/4" OD poly
tubing into the underside threaded portion of the elbow,[ use
the same poly-tube white in color that’s used on the auto ice
make water line on your refrigerator at home]. Push it in so
it’s good and snug, then re-screw the fitting back into the
top of the HHO gen so the tube protrudes down into the HHO
gen. Now reconnect the polyvinyl hose to the solenoid and you
are done.
What this does is eliminates any cross over
inside the gen when under vacuum when water is called for
during the auto fill cycle. When the solenoid opens under
vacuum and as the water enters under pressure from the reserve
tank pump, only a portion of the water goes into the HHO gen
and the rest gets sucked directly across the bottom side of
the the top plate directly into the HHO gas exit hose. By
installing this small tube as explained you can now open up
the suggested watts valve to the intake manifold 2 full turns.
This allows much more HHO to enter your engine without any
excessive water. We did a test on 2 Dodge Ram pickups Friday
night and this did solve the water migration problem to the
intake manifold connection and the average gas mileage numbers
went up 2-3 more miles per gallon on our Scan Gauges.
New Series9-b BEING RELEASED
April 2,2007. The NEW SERIES9-b Models are now
being released for public consumer use. These units do not
require the monthly maintenance or the 2000 mile maintenance
schedule. They will operate at only 6-8 amps maximum at full
operating temp. Initial setup will only call for a 3-5 amp
charge initially as explained in the installation and setup
instructions provided with the New Series9-b models. The
Series9-b models will run at almost half of the current models
in temp and amperage consumed. Their appearance will be
identical in size and weight and color code for model
identification. The USA prices will remain the same as the
current Series9 models. A future add on will be available, a
cooling system that will increase the HHO production
efficiency and eliminate/decrease any exothermic heat produced
from the production of HHO.
NEW MAGNUM SERIES COMING
FEBUARY 3, 2007 Magnum Photo Slideshow A short
description, the Magnum will be a combination of 4 Series9
Super gens all housed under 1 set of end plates. It will
operate as 4 separate Super gens in a manifold configuration
each with independent controls. We expect this Magnum unit to
operate any gasoline vehicle up to 5.7 Liters at better than a
65% fuel savings efficiency. Prior to release we will have
complete testing, photos, videos and specs available for
public review. The Magnum unit will be 8.5"W x8.5"L x 13.5"H
overall and will weigh in at appx 27 pounds empty not counting
hoses mounting hardware and reserve tank. This unit will be
capable of being mounted in the trunk of a vehicle with no
expected loss concerning efficiency. Cabling for the Magnum
electrical main power will be all #8 gauge wire and the
control circuit will operate at 5 amps. Suggested MSRP will be
$1600.00. For Larger vehicles ie: Semi-trucks the fuel
efficiency is expected to reach the 25% area and the MSRP will
be $2200.00. All MagDrive HHO Gens have been extensively
tested and proven to operate as advertised on our website. The
units are built according to the strictest of specs to perform
as claimed and each model has been tested in various type
vehicles under many road and user
conditions. Something else in the
works We are developing a new variable pulsing
circuitry that will operate a MagDrive HHO gen @ 40,000 -
120,000 volts DC and 15 amps. Still in development but it
looks like it'll be an energetic way of creating HHO. You
definitely don't want to get a hold of the HHO gen anode while
grounded to the vehicle!!! This new electrolysis system will
be previewed in Mid-February 2007. Also a high speed DC
powered rotary vacuum system that will pull the HHO from the
generator at a variable rate up to 30 CFM which can equal 30
CFM x 28.2L/per/CuFt= 846 Liters per/Minute draw capability.
The variable system will be used on the MagDrive Magnum Series
HHO generators only.. Now for other Important
News About our HHO generators. Many of you have
viewed the photos and videos on our website. We hope that they
were informative and somewhat educational. This science is not
new but the technology to utilize it is... That brings us
up to the latest development news. All the new HHO Series9
Auto fill Models will be released, on November 1,2006. The
NEW Models will be called the "Series9 Mini Auto
fill "|"Series9 Hydro Autofill"|"Series9 Maxi Auto
fill" "Series9 Super Auto fill" all are
improved models of the prior Series8 Auto fill HHO-Generator
series, with a better than 100% increase in HHO production
than the prior model Series8 Auto fill HHO-Generators in a
smaller size package. In short, we have redesigned all of
our MagDrive units to look and resemble the popular original
Super-Gen model. They will use the same materials as the
Super-Gen. The only difference will be the over all height
measurements of each model and their end plate colors
identifying them individually will be.
- New Super Mini-Gen will have green end plates.
- New Super Hydro-Gen will have tan end plates.
- New Super Maxi-Gen will have blue end plates.
- Super-Gen Auto will still have red or white end plates.
The purpose is: The units perform quite well
on highway travel and speeds, but in local traffic "the short
trips" they needed a little boost and upgrade. Our purpose is
to provide the best overall performing HHO unit that we can
make. So we are taking the successful design of the Original
MagDrive Super-Gen and applying it throughout the entire
MagDrive Series 8 & 9 HHO Generator model line.
